Sender pools
Sender pools help you to collect a few sender names into a single pool/array and use them as a single entity for messaging.
How does it work?
This feature is helpful for large-scale use, when you need to process thousands of conversations simulatunasly from a few phone numbers.
We’ll be balancing new users among sender names that have been added to the pool. And when you send an outbound message and specify a recipient phone number and pool, we’ll find a sender with whom the recipient has had an active conversation and send the message from that sender.

Common questions
If I have numbers A and B in the pool, and my recipient has an active conversation with number B, can I continue communicating from number A if I remove this number from the pool or cancel it?
The core concept behind pools is that we handle balancing new users across your senders and match active conversations to specific numbers when you send an outbound message. If we are unable to match a recipient’s phone number with any sender in the pool, we will not be able to send the message.
In such a scenario, the interaction might even be classified as init new conversation, as it establishes a link between the recipient and a phone number that is entirely new to them.
