Refund policy
A refund is issued if there is a technical issue with the product and we can’t help you resolve it. This does not include issues caused by a violation of the current Terms of Service, a violation of a destination messaging platform’s or any other party’s policies, that restricted their services or caused our service to work incorrectly. All refund requests are discussed individually with the support team.
Important: When you stop using our API or website, that will not automatically stop your active recurring payments. You must cancel your subscriptions first to end your recurring payments. Additionally, you can contact support to cancel the recurring payments.
If you stop using our API or services without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged. And you are confirming that it can’t be a reason for the refund request.
Since our service operates on a prepayment model, we assume that if you continue recurring payments, you still need the service. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing in advance whether or not you need it unless you notify us in a timely manner.
