How do recurring payments charge?

Once you order the first sender name, we’ll set this date as your billing date (for example, 10 February). And then, we’ll charge you every month on this day for recurring payments: 10 March, 10 April, etc.

To prevent issues where a payment becomes overdue at the very end of the billing cycle, we attempt to process the payment two days prior to the billing date. Using the example above, the charges would be processed on March 8th, April 8th …

If we are unable to successfully process the recurring payment by the 10th of the month, your services will be canceled.

To avoid billing issues, you may add multiple payment methods: one as the default and the others as backups.
