How the pricing plan limits work?
You have unlimited messaging with limits on the number of contacts per day and per month.
Let’s consider an example where you have a limit of 300 contacts per day and 1,000 per month.
In this case, you can message up to 1,000 unique contacts per month, provided that you do not exceed 300 unique contacts per day (within a rolling 24-hour period).
What happens if I reach my limit?
You will still be able to receive inbound messages, but you will not be able to reply. In this case, it is recommended that you upgrade to a higher-tier plan.
What if I reach the daily limit on the highest-tier plan?
It is recommended that you register multiple phone numbers and distribute your users across them.
Is this limit included when init a conversation with a new contact?
Yes. However, you need to keep in mind that you will also be constrained by the interval between sends for this use case. And most likely, that interval won’t allow you to fully utilize your daily limit just for init new conversations. You can check more in this article.
