How recipients can see my name and photo as the sender?

One of the best approaches for that is to send a contact file ([vCard](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCard)) to your recipients as an attachment. When they add you to their contacts they will see data and the photo from your contact card as the sender.

Benefits of sending a contact card and asking the recipient to use the file to add to their contact list:

* Your recipients will see links with a [beautiful preview](/en/article/link-preview-behavior-on-ios-1yldt3x/).

* If you add your work email to the contact file, then the Mail app on your recipient’s device will never mark it as spam because it will be considered that the email was received from a known contact.

* Your contact will not be able to mark your messages as junk. And it will also help solve the issue when your recipient uses anti-spam filters for iMessage.

* If you add your address to the vCard file, then on the user’s device, your business will be displayed on the maps.

* If you add a birthday date to the vCard file, your contact will receive notifications in the calendar about this date.
